Really happy with this Garage, to be clear I was happy with my previous garage too, but GKT is much closer to where I live I had previously been travelling to Abercarn. I did my homework on GKT motors and was a little nervous, but I have to say I felt extremely comfortable from beginning to end, it was my MOT there were suggested things to keep an eye on, I spoke to the who I'm assuming is the owner, I said I was planning to have the things done gradually overtime he suggested that in terms of labour because the things were in the same area it would work out cheaper for me to do them all at once because whereas if I did them separately I would be charged two amount of two hours of labour this way the labour would be cheaper. I was so impressed with this honesty I've had my price for the work and will be calling this morning to book it in. Exceptional customer service because I'm an extremely nervous person and tend to chatter because I'm so nervous they never at anytime made me feel like this is a problem. Thank you so much GKT for making my first experience at your garage comfortably relaxed you will definitely be my go to garage from here on

Really friendly and helpful, I've been for servicing, MOTs and general repairs, would highly recommend, I will definitely be using GKT for all future repairs.

Billant garage had my mot today £45 alot of garages charge £55 had a problem with my car the macanic told me the problem, booking it in next week for repair. The young lady in reception is Brilliant had a lovely chat, really helpful staff ,5 stars from me.
