Car Brakes – Pontllanfraith, Blackwood

At GKT MOT Centre, we cannot stress enough the importance of making sure your vehicle’s brakes are working efficiently and safely.

There are several signs to look out for which could mean your car’s or van’s brakes are potentially becoming a risk, and they are most commonly pulling to one side, squeaking or grinding when applying the brakes, or spongy or long travel of the pedal. Or, perhaps you simply might notice that your brakes are just not working quite as well as they used to. Finally, you could be alerted by a warning on your dashboard’s instrument panel, but it’s important not to assume that any warning lights will be the first sign of problems.
